10th Annual Round the Island Race
The 10th annual “round the island race” is on Saturday, July 11th, 2009 at 9am. This seven mile race consist of both citizen, and unlimited classes for ALL skill levels. It is a great opportunity to enjoy the company of others, while competing and paddling around Valcour Island on Lake Champlain. Registration for the race is $10.00 and begins at 8am at the Valcour Kayak Center, Located in the Valcour Conference Center, 3712 Route 9, Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
