First kayak classes of the season.
Our first lessons of the season are scheduled for this Saturday, May 30th leaving from our store at 9am. We will be offering a 2 hour quick start lesson that is free to anyone who has purchased a boat from us, $35 for anyone else. It covers all the basics fromhow to pick up and carry your boat, to going forward, backward, and sideways, as well as getting back in your boat if you fall out. ( yes the water is still below 50 degrees, but as my nephew from Missouri said yesterday - “get in the waters fine!!!”.)
